METU Virtual Campus

METU Virtual Campus includes five main areas: Virtual Courses, Faculties and Departments, METU-Talks Amphitheatre, Media Center, and Cafe.

Virtual Courses

Virtual Courses area has composed of four sub-areas:

Group Work Towers This is the place for students to communicate and work with group members.		Amphitheatre This is the place for large group meetings for the virtual courses.
Virtual Classrooms This is the place for virtual classess. Seating arrangement of the virtual classrooms can be changed upon request of the instructor.		Social Area This is the place for students socilaze with their classmates.

Faculties and Departments

		Faculties and Departments This area provides information about the faculties and departments at METU for prospective students. There is one twin building for each faculty and information about the departments is located on the floors of the faculty buildings.

		METU-Talks Amphitheater This area is for events including seminars, meetings, and workshops.

Cafe

		Cafe This area provides cafe and dance area where any user in METU and Turkey can interact and socialize with others.
